Life Planning Services


FAC can work with our families to assist them in obtaining both short-term respite services and/or planning for future residential placements.

We can assist with SSI and guardianship applications, as well as provide them with information to assist in planning for a time when the person with the disability is no longer living with family.

This is long term planning and individualized.
