Family Advocacy Center (FAC) is looking to fill an open position of Transition Planner. This is a nw position with the agency having been established last year with an employee who has left the area. Once again, we are looking for a "special education advocate" for Transition planning for our already established clients as well as new clients seeking assistance. Individual must have knowledge of and some experience with Special Education Law, must be able to advocate their position, must have an Associates Degree (minimum), reliable automobile, as well as good computer sills. This is a full time, permanent position will include a limited amount of service coordination activity. Salary range mid-twenties.
